Beat the heat with our power-packed BACK-TO-SCHOOL FUNFEST!
Join us from 9th August to 1st September for an action-packed experience. SHOP & PLAY at DALMA MALL and gear up for school with the best of fun. Dive into skill games, enjoy fun games, take on opponent challenges, and participate in family games and interactive MC games with exciting rewards!
Experience the ultimate summer fun as we unleash new adventures and memorable engagements week after week at DALMA MALL – ABU DHABI’S FAVORITE MALL!
Eligibility:
o The "Summer of Fun" Back to School Funfest at DALMA MALL offers a diverse range of activities, including fun games, opponent challenges, family games, skill games, and interactive MC challenges.
o Each activity is open to all participants based on age group restrictions specific to each game. To qualify for participation, individuals must spend a minimum of AED 200* (AED 500 in case of Carrefour – Single receipt) at the mall during the activation/promotion period
Activity Date:
o The activation/promotion starts on August 09th, 2024, and concludes on September 1st, 2024.
o The activation/promotion lasts only until the prizes last.
How to Participate:
o A minimum shopping value of AED 200* is required for eligibility.
o Customer enrolls for participation using the QR code at the registration counter
Event Highlights:
o The game will be moderated by our dynamic Master of Ceremonies (MC).
o Eligible Participants will take on any of the Interactive MC Games at the Summer of Fun booth, and chance upon getting rewarded with special giveaways from the mall.
Participating Outlets:
o The following retail outlets are excluded from the activation/promotion - Travel, Typing, Transportation, Service Outlets (Du, Etisalat, EZ Taxi, Royal Steam, etc.,), Money Exchanges, Banks, and other Bill/Utility payment
Activation Rewards:
o The activation / promotion rewards may include branded giveaways, gift vouchers, gift hampers, or goodies from the mall &/or our retailers
o The rewards will be shared instantly, after the MC declares the eligible individual a winner
o The activation/promotion concludes when all prizes are claimed or on the specified activity date and time.
Prize Redemption:
o The rewards for the gamification will be shared instantly, to those declared a winner by the MC.
o Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited, and Dalma Mall reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions:
o Participants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept all the Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Dalma Mall Management, which are final and binding in all matters related to the activation/promotion.
Promotional Consent:
o By participating in this activation, participants give consent to receive promotional information from Dalma Mall.
o Participant information collected will not be shared with any third party.
Right to Alter Terms and Conditions:
o Dalma Mall reserves the right to alter/add to the terms and conditions as deemed necessary.
Modification of Promotion:
o Dalma Mall reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the activation/promotion at any time without prior notice.
o In the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, Dalma Mall may alter the activation/promotion or its duration.
Prize Substitution:
o Dalma Mall reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control necessitate such a change.
Liability Waiver:
o Participants release Dalma Mall, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any liability arising from or in connection with the activation/promotion.
Exclusion of Dalma Mall Management Employees and Associates:
o Dalma Mall Management employees, its associates (suppliers/contractors/agencies), and Tenant Staff, or their families are not eligible to participate in the activation/promotion.
o In case of any doubt regarding the eligibility of a participant, the details will be scrutinized, and Dalma Mall Management's decision will be final and binding
Winner Authentication:
o By participating in the activation/promotion, participants acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Dalma Mall reserves the right to disqualify participants who do not comply with these rules.
o Upon being selected as a winner, the participant agrees to provide all necessary information requested by the Mall Management to authenticate their identity and claim the prize.
Fraudulent Activities:
o Any attempt to manipulate or compromise the integrity of the activation/promotion, including but not limited to multiple entries by the same participant, will result in disqualification.
o Dalma Mall reserves the right to take legal action against any participant involved in fraudulent activities.
Dispute Resolution:
o Any dispute arising from or in connection with the activation/promotion shall be resolved amicably between the parties.
o In the event of a failure to reach an agreement, the matter will be referred to the appropriate legal authorities.
Governing Law:
o The activation/promotion is governed by the laws of the region. Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in UAE in case of any dispute.
Use of Participant Information:
o Participants agree to the use of their names, photographs, nationality, and likeness for promotional/advertising purposes without charge.
o Participants agree to make themselves reasonably available for promotional purposes. The ensuing copyright will rest with Dalma Mall without any claim for compensation from the participants.
Participant Responsibility:
o Participants shall be responsible for providing complete and accurate information for registration.
o Dalma Mall does not hold itself responsible for incorrect information provided by participants.
o Registrations at the Promoter’s Desk, during the promotion period will close by 9:30 PM daily. Any Registration request received after this time will not be entertained to proceed further with participation, for the day.
o Promotion lasts till prizes last or till 9:00 PM of 1st September 2024.
Shoppers with a minimum spend of AED 200* (AED 500 in case of Carrefour) at the mall, during this Summer of Fun activation period, can enroll to be a part of the weekend’s thrilling (Sat/Sun) MC games/challenges and interactions, while also having a chance to enjoy the numerous fun activities and games during the week, such as Hoop Shoot ®Kick Dart ®Battle Zone ®Skill Zone ®Kids Workshop ®Giant Ball Pit ®Baby Crawling ®Obstacle Challenge
