• This promotion is applicable to all shoppers with a minimum AED 200 from any retail outlets in the mall or a minimum of AED 500 from Carrefour, during the promotion period: 31st Dec 2021 – 02nd Jan 2022
• This promotion is not applicable for transactions at the Travel, Transportation Service Outlets, Money Exchanges, Banks, and other bill/utility payment kiosks in Dalma Mall
• The promotion shares a winning opportunity to shoppers through a scratch coupon entitled to them against every AED 100 spent at the mall.
• Every shopper with a ‘Helwa 2022’ scratch coupon gets a chance to win AED 100 worth Dalma Mall Gift Voucher per winning coupon. The more the winning coupons, the more the rewards against each coupon.
• Participation in the promotion will be valid only until 08:00 pm on 2^nd Jan, after which no further participation / coupon redemption will be entertained. The coupon distribution will be stopped exactly at 08:00pm
• Dalma Mall reserves the right to alter/add to the terms and conditions as deemed necessary
• Upon winning the participant agrees to provide all necessary information as will be requested by the Mall Management to authenticate his/her identity and thereby to claim the prize
• No Duplicate bills will be accepted for claiming the scratch coupons.
• To claim the prize against the winning coupon, the winner should present the original stamped receipt and the winning coupon at the Customer Service Desk on Ground Floor
• The Mall Management reserves the right to disallow entries in its absolute discretion and without giving reasons. The Mall Management reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and determine the eligibility of participants (including on participant’s identity) and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where false or duplicate or misleading details have been given by a participant, or where a participant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions or the spirit of the promotion
• No prize is transferable, changeable, or redeemable for cash. If a winner cannot accept the prize for any reason, that prize will be void and no compensation will be payable
