About Registration:

To participate in the "Dalma Mall Family Shopping Challenge" you need to post your family photo with the following message & hashtags ("I am interested to participate in #DalmaMall #EidShoppingChallenge"), on your personal social media account (Facebook or Instagram).

1. Entry request via Facebook - Post a picture of you and your family with a message: I am interested to be a part of #DalmaMall #EidShoppingChallenge
2. Entry request via Instagram - Post a picture of you and your family with a message: I am interested to be a part of #DalmaMall #EidShoppingChallenge

Generic Rules & Regulations:

• “Eid Family Shopping Challenge” is a customer engagement/experience activation (gamification) to be hosted on the 2^nd Day of Eid-al-Adah (1st Aug 2020).
• To be a part of the challenge, you should complete the registration process through any of the 3 platforms – Facebook, Instagram or Email submission
• Registration is free and open to all. However, this activation is not available to any Dalma Mall Management employees, its associates (suppliers / contractors / agencies) & Tenant Staffs or their families.
• All participant(s) agrees to abide by all rules of the game failing which the participant(s) stands automatically disqualified
• Call for entry / registration is open for all interested participants, starting 20 July 2020 and will remain open only till 5:30 pm of the Arafat Day (30 July)
• Requests for participation received after 5:30 pm on 30 July, will not be entertained/considered
• Only a Family with minimum 3 members would be selected and considered eligible for the challenge
• Selection process for the challenge will be purely random based selection. Selected participants to be a part of the challenge will be notified through call or message or email, and will need to report before time to the venue.
• All participants need to hold a valid Emirates ID or Passport & provide on request
• Once the challenge is completed the participant family will own the items in the trolley to the total worth of AED 1000 (Dirhams One thousand only). The rest of the items or its value should be paid and cannot be returned back
• Once the trolley reaches the POS counter, no items can be removed or added or exchanged, and the challenge stands completed
• Dalma Mall reserves the right, at its complete discretion, to modify these rules of the challenge at any time, and such modification will be immediately effective by posting the modified terms on Dalma Mall website
