“WE CARE…stay clean, stay safe”
We value and care for your good health and safety at all times! Spreading awareness and safeguarding the interest of all in community, it is recommended to avoid close contact with symptomatic people who have fever, cough or shortness of breath (flu like symptoms).
At Dalma Mall “WE CARE” and advise our patrons to “stay clean, stay safe” while also informing that we have equipped ourselves with the following safety and hygiene measures, valuing your health & safety:
- Installation of over 150 additional sanitizing units across the mall
- Deployment of Health Monitoring Thermal Scanners at key entrances to be able to identify and manage risks
- Frequency of cleaning across the mall has been beefed up, especially with focus on all potential contact surfaces
- Cleaning procedures have been intensified with the usage of additional layer of anti-bacterial disinfectants, over to the routine chemical cleaning
- Staffs briefed on hygiene routines and additional care
- Ambient temperature levels increased and monitored regularly
- Replacing Air filters with fresh ones, within shorter timespan
- All retail outlets also have been advised to ensure Hygiene measures
- Stores with Trolley services are also advised to deploy hygiene measures that include installation of Sanitizing units at Trolley pick-up & drop-off points
- All Staffs briefed on advisory hygiene, health & safety measures while greeting people having respiratory symptoms such as cough and cold
- Avoid shaking hands and just wave
- Avoid hugging or kissing others
- Avoid nose-to-nose greeting
- Avoid close contact with people and public assembles
- Cover your nose and mouth with the inside of your elbow or using a tissue while sneezing or coughing
- If symptoms of respiratory infection appear, you are kindly advised to:
- Stay home and avoid contact with others
- Seek medical care right away and do not forget to mention about your recent travel and your symptoms
- Do not travel while sick
- Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer if soap and water are not available
- Wash hands regularly with soap and water
- Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing
