All you need to do is apply online to register for the challenge and come dressed in your spooky best to Dalma Mall between 28th-30th Oct 2021, as per the slots assigned and follow the below steps to enter the ‘#SpookitDalma’ Challenge.

• Choose your participation category for the Challenge, as per your age group mentioned in your Emirates ID
• Submit your completed application form for participation, on or before 06:00pm on 26^th Oct 2021
• Come dressed in your spooky best costume to Dalma Mall on the day and slot, as assigned against your registration and collect your registration badge.
• Wait for your turn as per your registered slot, to show us your costume act and upload your video on Tiktok, using the dedicated hashtag #SpookitDalma
• Don’t forget to Follow our TikTok page and post your video tagging @DalmaMall
• The total prize allotted for the #SpookitDalma Costume Challenge is AED 30,000 worth Dalma Mall Vouchers. You could be one of 10 winners in each category to take home a prize.
• Each category (Category A & Category B) will have the following prizes

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to all RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, 5 TO 20 YEARS OF AGE as on 1st October 2021. Employees of Dalma Mall, Retailer Staffs and all related affiliates and organizations, agents, employees, officers, contractors, and agents (hereinafter “Related Entities”), and their immediate families, are not eligible.
2. CONDITIONS AND METHOD OF ENTRY: By entering this Contest you are granting Dalma Mall the right to upload photo/video content captured, as a part of the Costume Challenge at Dalma Mall, to its social media, web, &/or digital pages, with/without using your name, age or nationality.

As conditions of entry into this Contest, and by entering, each entrant warrants and represents that he or she complies with the Official Rules, Terms and Conditions. Dalma Mall Management will have final approval of any content deemed inappropriate or offensive in its sole discretion, and such entry may be deemed inadmissible and corresponding entries may be disqualified.

• Entry in the Contest requires submission of a complete online application entry with the correct details of each participant. Only completed entries will be accepted.
• The eligible participant for the challenge should qualify the age parameter of being 5 years and above to 20-year-old, as on 1st Oct 2021.
• The challenge is only open to UAE residents and to be a part of the challenge each participant should be a follower of Dalma Mall TikTok account.
• All Costume act for the Halloween costume challenge will only be accepted on Tiktok used with the dedicated hashtag #SpookitDalma. It is necessary every participant’s video submission is captured with their registration badge
• All entrants should ensure their video submission of the costume act is tagged to DalmaMall.
• Entries submitted for the challenge that do not include the above information will be disqualified automatically.
• Multiple video submissions by the same participant will not be accepted and can disqualify the entry
• Dalma Mall will not be responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or otherwise misdirected entries that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or other error.
• Dalma Mall will not be responsible for any problems or technical, hardware, or software malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Sponsors due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion, unavailable network connections on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Contest. All entries become the property of Dalma Mall and will not be acknowledged or returned. Dalma Mall reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend the any portion of this Contest (or the entire Contest) should any computer virus, bugs or other technical difficulty or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsors corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Contest.

4. ELIGIBILITY AND JUDGING: All participants of the Costume Challenge will be judged on their overall costume and their creativity in presenting it as a TikTok video content, from Dalma Mall. It is necessary every participant presents themselves dressed in their spooky best at Dalma Mall, upload it as content tagging Dalma Mall, using any themed soundtrack and the campaign hashtag “#SpookitDalma”.

The judges will be members from Dalma Mall Management, who shall determine winner eligibility in its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions made by the judges are final.

5. CONTEST PERIOD: Online application for the challenge will be accepted starting October 17th, 2021. Deadline for submitting entries is 06:00 pm Dubai Standard Time on October 26, 2021. Winners will be announced on October 31, 2021.
6. PARTICIPATION CATEGORY: The participation category of each participant will be assigned basis their age category, determined basis their Date of Birth (DOB).

• Participants born on/ between the date 01 Oct 2011 and 01 Oct 2016 qualify to be a part of CATEGORY A (5 Years to 10 Years Old).
• Participants born on/ between the date 01 Oct 2001 and 30 Sep 2011 qualify to be a part of CATEGORY B (10 Years to 20 Years Old).

7. CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASES: By entering this Challenge, all participants agree to comply with the Official Rules and/or to submit required documentation within the designated period, or the Prize is undeliverable, Prize Winner will be disqualified, and the Prize will be awarded to an alternate Winner.

Prize will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received and properly claimed. Eligibility, age, and claims made by Prize Winner are subject to verification. Prize(s) will be awarded to the Winner(s) at the Mall.

8. PRIZES AND WINNING PHOTOS: The Judges will select top 3 entries in each participation category to reward the First, Second & Third prizes basis the total points. All prizes would be Brand Vouchers from Dalma Mall.

The mall will also reward consolation prizes to seven (7) identified participants considered as the could be next best participant for the challenge.

o 2nd Prize – AED 3,000

o 3rd Prize – AED 1,500

o Multiple Consolation Prizes

No substitution, cash redemption, assignment, or transfer of any prize permitted, but Dalma Mall reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable for any reason.

Dalma Mall also reserves the right to split the prize for each place in case of a tiebreaker.

8. LEGAL CONDITIONS: By entering this contest, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Dalma Mall from any and all third-party liability for any injuries, loss, claim, action, demand or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the competition (collectively, “Losses”), including without limitation any third-party claim for copyright infringement or a violation of an individual’s right to privacy and/or publicity right. Any disputes related to the Contest shall be construed and evaluated according to the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

If, for any reason, the costume challenge is not capable of completion as planned, including but not limited to, any reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsors that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the photo competition, Sponsors reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the challenge without penalty.
