TERMS & CONDITIONS

• This promotion is applicable to all participating retail outlets excluding Carrefour, Travel, Typing, Transportation service outlets, money exchanges, banks, and other bill/utility payment kiosks.
• Every minimum spend of AED 300 from the participating stores in the Mall entitles a participant to One (1) chance at the Promotion Gamification zone.
• Each eligible participant will be allowed to join the DALMA FRUIT SLICE CHALLENGE and any other game of their choice subject to the age category permitted for each of the games.
• Participant should present their Bill, and submit their details (Name, Email, Contact Number & Nationality) as a part of the registration entry to the gamification zone.
• The Gamification zone will be open only from 2:00 PM till 10:00 PM on all days (Sun to Sat).
• A receipt can be claimed only once. Participants can choose to submit multiple bills, from participant stores, combined to reach the purchase value (minimum criteria) of AED 300
• No Duplicate/photocopy/hand-written/e-bills will be accepted. Only originals will be considered for the promotion gamification entry.
• Only the top 3 Participants of the fruit slice challenge on a weekly basis will be rewarded. The top 3 will be decided based on the total score for each game, whichever is highest on the leader board.
• Tie-breaker game will be open for toppers with the same score and only the winner will be rewarded
• Upon getting selected as a winner the participant agrees to provide all necessary information as will be requested by the Mall Management to authenticate his/her identity and thereby claim the prize.
• Participants shall be responsible for giving complete and accurate information for registration and Dalma Mall does not hold itself responsible for incorrect information.
• The Mall Management reserves the right to disallow entries at its absolute discretion and without giving reasons. The Mall Management reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and determine the eligibility of participants (including on the participant’s identity) and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where false or duplicate or misleading details have been given by a participant, or where a participant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions or the spirit of the promotion
• Dalma Mall Management employees, its associates (suppliers/contractors/ agencies) & Tenant Staff, or their families are not eligible to participate in the promotion. In case of any doubt, the details will be scrutinized, and Dalma Mall Management's decision will be final and binding.
• Dalma Mall reserves the right to alter/add to the terms and conditions as deemed necessary.
• The Mall Management will not be responsible for any loss/damage/expiry of the prize(s) after its claim by its winner.
• By participating in this promotion, the participant(s):
• Gives his/her consent to receive promotional information from the mall, from time to time. The mall also guarantees participant information collected will not be shared with any third party.
• Agree to the use of their names, photographs, nationality, and likeness for promotional/advertising purposes without charge and agree to make themselves reasonably available for this purpose. The ensuing copyright will rest with the Mall Management, without any claim to compensation from the participants.
• Fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts all the Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Dalma Mall Management, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
