TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• This promotion is applicable to all shoppers with a minimum AED 250 from any retail outlets in the mall or a minimum of AED 750 from Carrefour - Single receipt, during the promotion period: 23rd Dec 2024 – 13th Jan 2025
• This promotion is not applicable for transactions at the Travel, Transportation Service Outlets, Money Exchanges, Banks, and other bill/utility payment kiosks in Dalma Mall
• The promotion offers shoppers a chance to win through a scratch coupon, which will be issued for every AED 250 spent at the mall during the promotion period.
• Every shopper with a ‘Tales & Treats 2024’ winning coupon that features any of the three prize categories—Elite Treats, Cool Treats, or Merry Mini Treats—is eligible to claim a prize assigned to the respective category. The total prize pool announced for the promotion is worth AED 100,000.
• Winners will have the opportunity to select their prize as a lucky pick from the designated prize set within the relevant category. The more winning coupons a shopper has, the more prizes they can claim.
• Participation in the promotion will be valid only until 08:00 pm on 13^th Jan 2025, after which no further participation / coupon redemption will be entertained. The coupon distribution will be stopped exactly at 08:00pm
• Dalma Mall reserves the right to alter/add to the terms and conditions as deemed necessary
• Upon winning the participant agrees to provide all necessary information as will be requested by the Mall Management to authenticate his/her identity and thereby to claim the prize
• No Duplicate bills will be accepted for claiming the scratch coupons.
• To claim the prize against the winning coupon, the winner should present the original stamped receipt and the winning coupon at the Customer Service Desk on Ground Floor
• The Mall Management reserves the right to disallow entries in its absolute discretion and without giving reasons. The Mall Management reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and determine the eligibility of participants (including on participant’s identity) and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award a prize where false or duplicate or misleading details have been given by a participant, or where a participant has behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or otherwise than in accordance with these terms and conditions or the spirit of the promotion
• No prize is transferable, changeable, or redeemable for cash. If a winner cannot accept the prize for any reason, that prize will be void and no compensation will be paid
• By participating in this promotion, the participant(s): 
• Gives his/her consent to receive promotional information from the mall, from time to time. The mall also guarantees participant information collected will not be shared to any third party
• Agree to the use of their names, Photographs, Nationality, and likeness for promotional/advertising purposes without charge and agree to make themselves reasonably available for this purpose. The ensuing copyright will rest with the Mall Management, without any claim to compensation from the participants
