Terms & Conditions – "Locked in Love" Valentine's Special Gamification Challenge

1. Event Overview

• The Gamification is designed as a fun and engaging experience for all shoppers, intended to be a lighthearted activity distinct from any other competition.
• All participants agree to follow the instructions of the event host (MC), who will guide the game and ensure it remains lively and engaging.

2. Eligibility

• This promotion is open to all shoppers with a minimum spend of AED 250 from any retail outlet (excluding Carrefour & other service outlets) in Dalma Mall during the event period from February 10 to February 14, 2025.

3. Event Dates & Timing

• Dalma Mall's Valentine’s Special "Locked in Love" event will take place on February 13th and 14th, 2025 (Thursday & Friday), from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
• Only purchases made during the specified shopping period (February 10th – 14th, 2025) will be eligible for participation.

4. Excluded Transactions

• The "Locked in Love" promotion does not apply to transactions made at the following outlets:
• Travel & Transportation Service Outlets
• Hypermarket
• Money Exchanges
• Banks
• Bill/Utility Payment Kiosks
• Other non-retail-specific outlets

5. How to Participate?

• Spend AED 250 at any retail outlet in Dalma Mall during Valentine’s Week (10th–14th February 2025) to qualify for "Locked in Love", the Valentine’s special gaming challenge.
• Eligible participants can join the Valentine’s Special activities on 13th & 14th February 2025, taking part in the challenge for a chance to win exclusive prizes.
• To participate, each participant must present at least one valid shopping receipt of AED 250 or more.
• Only physical copies of receipts will be accepted. Online or duplicate receipts are not valid.
• Registration is compulsory. Every participant must provide necessary details for registration before taking part in the game challenge.

6. Game Mechanics

• The game will be timed to ensure fair play, preventing excessive delays due to setbacks or luck.
• The game rules are at the sole discretion of Dalma Mall’s management.
• The game will begin at 6:00 PM and conclude by 9:00 PM, with entertainment and other attractions continuing throughout the evening.
• The game will run only while prizes are available.

7. Prizes & Winning

• Over AED 50,000 worth of prizes are up for grabs, including jewellery, watches, electronics, cosmetics, perfumes, handbags, and more!
• Winners will be selected based on their participation in the exciting gaming challenge.
• Prizes are subject to availability and may vary. If a specific prize is unavailable, a similar replacement/an alternate may be offered.

8. Prize Redemption

• Prizes must be claimed on the same day of winning (13th or 14th February 2025) at the designated prize claim counter in Dalma Mall.
• To claim a prize, winners must present:
• The original stamped receipt for their AED 250+ purchase.
• Proof of winning from the event.
• Winners may be photographed for promotional purposes/internal records, and their images may be used in Dalma Mall’s marketing communications.

9. Prize Conditions

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, either in part or full.
• If a winner is unable to accept a prize for any reason, it will be forfeited, and no compensation or replacement will be provided.

10. Verification & Disqualification

• Dalma Mall reserves the right to verify participant eligibility and disqualify any entrant who provides false or misleading information or engages in fraudulent activity.
• Any attempt to manipulate the promotion, including but not limited to deceptive participation methods, will result in immediate disqualification.

11. Management & Staff Exclusion

• Dalma Mall management, staff, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
• Employees of tenant outlets and their direct family members are also excluded from participation.

12. Publicity & Consent

• By participating, entrants agree to allow their name, photo, and likeness to be used for promotional purposes by Dalma Mall without compensation.
• Participants consent to receiving promotional updates from Dalma Mall. Personal information will not be shared with third parties.

13. Alterations

• Dalma Mall reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

14. General Terms

• Participation in this promotion implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• Dalma Mall reserves the right to add, alter, or cancel any part of these terms as necessary.

15. No Duplicate Bills

• Duplicate receipts or transactions will not be accepted for participation.

16. Mall Management’s Discretion

• The Mall Management reserves the right to refuse participation at its absolute discretion and without providing a reason.
