"LIKE, COMMENT, TAG & WIN" social media promotion is only applicable to Dalma Mall's FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM platforms only.
Participants are allowed to participate in both platforms, however his/her eligiblity to win will be only one, irrespective of his number of tries or different user profile(s) or his/ her qualifying the winning criteria
The winning criteria as defined in the promotion post will be absolutely at the discretion of Dalma Mall and that will be final and binding.
All participants agree to share their personal details with valid UAE Identity in originals.
First 12 likes on Instagram and Facebook listed in the comments section of the post will win Brand vouchers worth AED 50 after the end of the promotion.
The total prize voucher(s) (24 brand vouchers worth AED50 combined for both FB & Insta) for the Like,Comment, Tag & Win promotion will be shared to the only first 12 participants only. However, if the same individual has different profiles on FB and Insta, only any one will be eligible for the win.
Dalma Mall Management employees, its associates (suppliers/contractors/ agencies) & Tenant Staffs or their families are not eligible to participate in this promotion. In case of any doubt, the details will be scrutinized and Dalma Mall Management's decision will be final and binding
No prize is transferable, changeable or redeemable for cash. If a winner cannot accept the prize for any reason, that prize will be void and no compensation will be payable.
Winners should produce the following within 1 week(7days) of the notification and complete necessary formalities to claim the prize, failing which the prize will be forfeited:
- Direct message on their social profile
- Email message on the email address shared after winner notification
- Valid ID proofs (Passport copy/Emirates ID)
The Mall Management will not be responsible for any loss / damage / expiry of the prize(s) after its claim by its winner.
By participating in this promotion, the participant(s):
- Gives his/her consent to receive promotional information from the mall, from time to time. The mall also guarantees participant information collected will not be shared to any third party
- Agree to the use of their names, photographs, nationality and likeness for promotional/advertising purposes without charge, and agree to make themselves reasonably available for this purpose. The ensuing copyright will rest with the Mall Management, without any claim to compensation from the participants
- Fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts all the Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Dalma Mall Management, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion
