DALMA MALL ‘BACK TO SCHOOL’ SCRATCH & WIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

A – General Promotion Terms

• This promotion is valid from 15th August 2019 and ends on the 31^st Aug 2019 (the “Term”)
• This promotion is only valid for customers from all Dalma Mall retail outlets including Carrefour Hypermarket but excludes Travel, Transportation service outlets, money exchanges, banks and other bill/utility payment kiosks (the “Stores”)
• This promotion is not available to any customers who are considered as wholesalers.
• This promotion is not available to any Dalma Mall Management employees, its associates (suppliers/contractors/ agencies) & Tenant Staffs or their families.
• Dalma Mall shall not be liable to you if you suffer any financial loss or damage from our refusal to allow you to take part in the promotion or our withdrawal of the promotion or any failure or inability by you to use the promotion for any reason.
• These terms and any disputes or claims arising out of, or in connection with, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the United Arab Emirates.

B – Promotion deal – Scratch and Win!

• This promotion is only applicable to customers who purchase a total amount of Two Hundred United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED 200) or more from our participating stores or a total amount of Seven Hundred and Fifty United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED 750) at Carrefour Hypermarket, during one visit at the Store.
• Customers will receive a “Scratch and Win” coupon for every Seven hundred and Fifty United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED 750) spent at Carrefour or Two Hundred United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED 200) spent at participating Retail outlets.
• Back to School Scratch & Win Promotion Coupons will be issued only to customers accompanied with their Child and upon registration. Participants shall be responsible for giving complete and accurate information in order to participate in the promotion. Dalma Mall does not hold itself responsible for incorrect information.
• During the Term, the prizes will be 750 pieces as detailed below: (Item list and Qty with codes)
• The customer will collect their “Scratch and Win” coupons as per eligibility from the Customer Service desk at the Central Atrium after purchase.
• The customer shall hand over the winning coupon at the Customer Service desk, to be exchanged for the prize.
• No prize is transferable, changeable or redeemable for cash. If a winner cannot accept the prize for any reason, that prize will be void and no compensation will be payable.
• The customer must provide a valid United Arab Emirates ID or Passport for tourists and sign a receipt form in order to receive the prize.
