DOWNLOAD the Dalma Mall Mobile App today and BOOK your registration slots for the Meet n’ Greet opportunity!

·       Step#1: Download the Dalma Mall Mobile App from App Store / Google Play

·       Step#2: Once downloaded, click on the events section & lookup for the event ‘DALMA MALL CARTOON NETWORK EID EXTRAVAGANZA’.

·       Step#3: Click on the ‘Register’ Button under the ‘DALMA MALL CARTOON NETWORK EID EXTRAVAGANZA’ events section and submit your request.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• THE EVENT IS FREE AND NON-TICKETED.
• Meet n’ Greet opportunities are limited and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to completion of the registration process.
• Admission for Meet n’ Greet opportunities will be granted based on slot availability and is confirmed only after verification and badge collection.
• Booking for the Meet n’ Greet opportunity slots will open to the public once announced on the mall's app, website, and social media portals.
• Booking requests submitted online for Meet n’ Greet opportunity slots do not guarantee a confirmed Meet n’ Greet opportunity.
• Each Meet n’ Greet session will feature the favorite character of each single IP from the show, i.e. the session for Powerpuff girls will feature: Blossom, Bubbles, Buttercup; the session for Adventure Time will feature: Finn & Jake; the session for Ben 10 will feature either Ben or one of his Alien Transformations (Fourarms or Heatblast)
• Please ensure you arrive at the registration counter at least 30 minutes before the event to confirm your participation and collect your badge(s)/ticket(s) to complete the Meet n’ Greet registration process.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Participants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept all the Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Dalma Mall Management, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Event.
• By participating in this event promotion, the participant(s) give consent to receive promotional information from Dalma Mall.
• Participant information collected will not be shared with any third party.
• Dalma Mall reserves the right to modify, reschedule, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
• Access to all activities (Stage Shows/ Meet n’ Greet/Activity Zone) is limited to participants with relevant access badges.
• Access badges are issued only to confirmed participants registered through the online form.
• Access badges will be issued to only validated registration wherein the registered party should be present at least 20-30 minutes before their allotted time slots at the venue.
• Dalma Mall Management or the Event company will not be responsible for any rejection of registration request due to non-availability of slots, incorrect submission or registration failure due to multiple online submissions.
• Walk-in requests will be entertained subject to availability in each slot for the day.
• The participation of any person means that they agree to adhere to all advertising channels of the campaign and to give DALMA MALL the right to use all photography, and videos on social media.
• A maximum of 6 access passes is allowed per parent against their valid registration.
• Unidirectional flow will ensure that there is not any crossing point between groups and groups will maintain social distancing.
• Children should not be left unattended in any area of the facility/event, including but not limited to play areas, restrooms, dining areas, and parking lots.
• Parents to ensure that their children do not carry any sharp objects into the area.
• No food, drink, or chewing gum should be taken into the area.
• Parents/Guardians are responsible for the behaviour and well-being of the child in their care and must always maintain supervision.
• Dalma Mall/the Event management agency will not be responsible for any incidents arising from lack of supervision.
