ADMS OPEN CHESS TOURNAMENT AT DALMA MALL

Dalma Mall in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Malayalee Samajam and the Abu Dhabi Chess Club & Mind Games brings to you the 5^th Edition of ADMS Open Chess Tournament.

Get ready to make your moves and checkmate your opponents at this thrilling Chess competition, happening in Abu Dhabi’s Favorite Mall - Dalma Mall!

Test your strategic skills and bring out the chess master in you. Don't miss this chance to showcase your chess skills and compete with fellow enthusiasts! Whether you're an experienced player or a rising star, this tournament promises excitement for all.

REGISTRATION & REGULATIONS:

• TOURNAMENT A (1^st of October at 03:00 PM): Open for all ages and nationalities. FIDE Rated (FIDE ID is mandatory)

• TOURNAMENT B (30^th of September at 04:00 PM): Open for kids under 16 (born 2007 and after). FIDE ID is not mandatory.

• Time control: 3 minutes + 2 seconds increment from move 1.
• Swiss System, 9 rounds.
• FIDE Rules are applied for blitz chess.
• The deadline for registration is Thursday 28^th of September at 10:00 PM.
• Entry fee: 100 AED for Tournament A and 50 AED for Tournament B.

Prizes: All prizes shall be in the form of vouchers for Dalma Mall.

• Direct encounter.
• Bucholtz Cut 1.
• Bucholtz Cut 2.
• Sonneborn-Berger

Schedule:

TOURNAMENT A (Open for all ages): The first round will start at 3:00 pm on the 1^st of October(tournament will take around 3-4 hours)

TOURNAMENT B (Kids Under 16): The first round will start at 4:00 pm on the 30^th of September(tournament will take around 3-4 hours)
